Greg has over 20 years’ experience in procurement, contract management, project management and cost reduction and has worked with several blue-chip Australian companies such as Woolworths Ltd, J.J. Richards & Sons and Energex Ltd, and high-profile organisations in various market sectors including retail, waste management, infrastructure, public service and resources.

Greg’s industry exposure includes transport, construction, retail, defence, aviation, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, and information technology. Greg has dedicated considerable time to the provision of services to government agencies and government owned corporations, both in Australia and internationally; specifically, in developing government procurement capability. Recently, Greg has made a substantial commitment to the Government of Indonesia, driving the Procurement Modernisation Project on behalf of USA’s Millennium Challenge Corporation.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience delivering and leading complex procurement activities, with experienceinternationally and across all levels of government in Australia. Mark has worked within numerous industry sectors including health, transport, public infrastructure, construction, aerospace and aviation, defence, public safety, manufacturing and information technology. He has extensive experience conducting probity advisory and audit services as well as managing strategic, high risk, high cost contracts.

Throughout his career, Mark has grown his abilities in capacity building and training delivery, as well as developing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems. Mark’s excellent commercial, analytical and problem solving skills have enabled him to very effectively manage probity risks for a variety of significant procurement projects.

Philippe has more than 20 years of diverse commercial experience across government and private sectors. Philippe’s key areas of expertise include strategic procurement, end to end procurements, governance, contract management, contract reviews, project management, probity and investigations, negotiations, dispute resolution, and training.

Philippe is a qualified lawyer (LLB, LLM), accountant (B.Comm) and procurement professional (EMB(SP), MCIPS) with previous senior roles including Deputy Counsel and Executive Director Contracting (HSD) for the Department of Defence (DMO), and Contract Manager/Resource Manager with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Scott is an adaptable and highly driven senior procurement specialist with over twenty years’ management experience across the aviation and medical industries, and more recently within government infrastructure projects.

Scott has successfully led and delivered a range of strategic procurement source to contract initiatives within complex business environments.

With the addition of strong strategic development and financial analysis experience and an ability to communicate and engage at all levels of an organisation, Scott has a range of specialist skills that enable him to deliver to the clients’ procurement expectations.

Matt has over 10 years’ experience working on a variety of health, information technology, government, retail, commercial, education and resource sector projects.

Matt’s exposure to various contract types, market sectors, project phases and stakeholder groups has resulted in a broad knowledge of numerous aspects of procurement, probity, construction work and contract administration. Matt has conducted numerous procurement events as well as provided probity advice for significant, high value and high risk procurements.

Matt’s expertise is underpinned by an extensive career focussing entirely on procurement and contract management.

Arthur is a procurement professional with international management consulting experience in the procurement field in three countries (UK, USA and Australia). He has experience working on a wide range of direct and indirect categories in various industries (including healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, foodservice and retail) and has a broad knowledge of numerous aspects of services procurement.
